By creating a business account, accessing, or using the Crafterics SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, company, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Crafterics provides a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform tailored for restaurants, cafés, pizzerias, food trucks, and food service businesses, facilitating menu management, order workflows, and location administration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your tenant account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration and onboarding.
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access to other tenants' data, or engage in any unlawful activity while utilizing the services.
Crafterics reserves the right to modify or update these terms periodically. Material changes will require renewed acceptance or notification according to platform policies.
